RE:DS believes in the progressive development of cultural quality through collaborative exchange across the artificial limitations that divide peoples.  The enrichment of our lives through the sharing and appreciation of  our cultural wealth can only stand humanity in good stead and lead to better understanding and fulfilment of potentials as individuals and peoples.  All the arts can contribute but as one wise man famously said "Dance is the most moving, the most beautiful of the Arts because it is no mere translation or abstraction form life, it is life itself"
